Luis Garg’s talented as a builder and developer of affordable, and reliable, housing is virtually unchallenged, as is his reputation as a profitable financial advisor. Garg was born in Mexico City in April of 1945, the year World War II came to a close, to Basque parents. Basque is a culture and region in northern Spain and southern France. Luis Garg went on to excel in academia by getting his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Architecture, Business Administration, and Urban Design—respectively. He went on to raise a brilliant child, alone as a single parent. His parenting skills must have sufficed, though, as Garg’s only child is now a doctor who graduated from Harvard Medical School.
Luis Garg does not only excel in single parenting, financial advising, and intellectual pursuits—he was also a champion swimmer in the Pan-American games and other national and international competitions. He obviously does not have any aversion to working hard to achieve great things. He has applied this same work ethic to building affordable and reliable housing. He oversees the building of affordable housing, chiefly in the United States and Latin America. He is responsible mainly for generating passive, residual, recurrent incomes and profits on behalf of clients, shareholders, and investors. He works in a market that has long his under-valued and he has the ability to recover and grow the profits that are hiding in the industry.
